How we handle reviews
All ratings follow the same rules. We screen for spam, unrelated content, abuse, and private information before publishing. We do not withhold a review because its rating is low.
Your email and order details stay private. Your chosen display name, rating, review, and any photos you submit may appear on the website. Please avoid including addresses, payment details, or photos of others without permission.
“Verified purchase” means we have matched the review to a recorded order. Reviews without that match can still be published.
