Shipping

Every Juthoor piece is made to order in our Georgia studio. Please allow 1-3 days for production before dispatch.

• USPS Ground Advantage: $10 per piece, typically 3-5 business days in transit.
• USPS Priority Mail: $18 per piece, typically 1-3 business days in transit.
• The same rates apply to every piece size. Shipping for multiple pieces is added together and shown before payment.
• Website checkout currently ships within the United States.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at juthoorshop@gmail.com to begin a return.

• Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned piece is received and inspected.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Our giving

We commit 5% of our annual product sales to humanitarian relief for families in Palestine and Sudan.

Our contribution is calculated after discounts and refunds, excluding sales tax and shipping, and before business expenses.

We make annual donations to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) and the Sudanese American Physicians Association (SAPA).

Privacy

Juthoor uses the information you provide to process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete card details.

Optional website analytics are used only after consent and help us understand visits, product interest, and completed purchases. You can change that choice from the Privacy choices link on the storefront.

Customer reviews

When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, rating, feedback, optional photos, and private email and order reference. With your permission, the display name, review, rating, and photos may be published on the website. Email addresses and order details are not public. A verified-purchase badge is added only after matching a recorded purchase.

All ratings follow the same content rules. We screen for spam, unrelated content, abuse, and private information; we do not reject reviews because they are negative. Uploaded photos should be your own and should not include others without permission. Contact us to request a correction or removal.

We may send one optional review invitation after confirmed delivery. Invitations include an opt-out link. We use limited, hashed request information for short-term abuse prevention.
