Shipping

Every Juthoor piece is made to order in our Georgia studio. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before dispatch.

• USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3-5 business days in transit.
• USPS Priority Mail: typically 1-3 business days in transit.
• Buyer-paid shipping is calculated by piece size and shown before payment.
• Website checkout currently ships within the United States.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at juthoorshop@gmail.com to begin a return.

• Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned piece is received and inspected.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Privacy

Juthoor uses the information you provide to process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete card details.

Optional website analytics are used only after consent and help us understand visits, product interest, and completed purchases. You can change that choice from the Privacy choices link on the storefront.
