Custom orders
Make it yours.
A name. A hometown. A detail that holds a story.
Have a name, hometown, date, or meaningful detail you’d like to include—or an idea for a new piece? We welcome custom requests.
Tell us what you have in mind before ordering. We’ll confirm what’s possible, the price, and the timing before you commit.
Personalize a piece
Ask about adding a dedication, meaningful date, or suitable detail to a design you love.
Create something new
Share your idea for a new composition, a different size, or a piece that brings your family’s stories together.
From your idea to your piece.
- 01
Request & quote
We review your idea and agree on the design, total price, timing, and included revisions before you order.
- 02
Order & approve
After your order is placed, we send a digital proof of the custom artwork for you to check the layout and spelling.
- 03
Made for you
Once you approve the proof, we engrave and finish your piece. Custom production timing is confirmed separately from our standard pieces.
Already included personalization
The Family Tree and Ramadan sign already include the personalization described on their product pages. Use those existing fields when ordering. For changes beyond those options, contact us first.
